  1. Everything downloaded and installed fine. I am just unable to run it because I don’t know what to do with this:

NOTE: The virtual machine network is configured to use Bridged
Adapter, as a result it will be assigned an IP Address from your
host computer network, please make the necessary changed to the
virtual machine host file to reflect your environment/network.
Knowledge of Oracle VirtualBox and the Linux operating system is
    assumed.

Do you happen to have the instructions somewhere for download?

    Thanks!

  2. Please disregard the message I just sent you. Page 10 of the read me made me think I had a problem with VB. I googled the issue and found out that virtualization had to be enabled on my BIOS. I’m in Linux now. Thanks for putting this out there!

  3. Thanks for taking the time to put this together. I have tried several times to start the services, but every time I do this error appears: Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
    Error Code: 17002

I know you don’t support the VM, but had hoped somebody ran into this and had the fix. Thanks again for the work.

  10. Have you checked your network configuration and the /etc/host file; what is the assigned IP address given you are using the bridged network? is it the same as the IP address in the host file?
Can you please post the output of the following command “ifconfig” along your /etc/hosts file..

    Thanks

  11. Hello Ben,
Thanks for your reply. now my system is up and running,
Firstly i had issue in making the the connection itself and when i successfully made the connection, i followed your suggestion. copied the ip address to the host file and rest all was as per written process.
I took quite some time to after trying few trials and good experience.

    Thanks a lot

  13. Hello Ben,
Thanks for this fully integrated VM..i have managed to run the node manager and started all managed servers as well. but Primavera analytics not running due to the application user and the password issues.(demouser &welcome1). My intention is to use P6 Analytics and OBIEE.

  14. First, thank you for putting together these VMs. They are fantastic.

I have a colleague that is using this VM, but is limited to 16GB of RAM on his physical machine. That and he is trying to run EPPM, Analytics, and Unifier. This combo is consuming his RAM.

We are wondering if we had a second physical machine, could we run the VM on both machines and have them use the same virtual network? The goal would be to have certain applications running on VM1 and others on VM2 to balance the load.

Thank you again for the time and effort it took to build these VMs.

  19. Hi Ben,

I just wanted to ask why Primavera Prime is not included in this pack? I noticed it was included in the previous releases.
